Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product we'll gladly exchange or refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase. For any manufacturing defects with electrical or electronic equipment purchased from our store please contact the manufacturer directly.. 

Unfortunately opened bags or coffee can not be returned but we'll make sure you are satisfied with our offer of replacement or refund. We also can not refund Gift Card purchases. 

Simply give us a call or send an e-mail to service@roastd.coffee and we'll get the process started.

Refunds (if applicable) 
We'll process your refund to your original method of purchase once we have reached an understanding that is what you desire. Refunds can take anywhere up to 6 business days to show up in your accounts.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or card account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@roastd.coffee. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you'd like a refund  you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item. 

Shipping 
Please do not return any products to us unless we specifically instruct you to do so. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
